The mineral baths were a highlight and very relaxing. The room had a musty smell and carpets were stained. it has charm but needs serious upkeep.

The historic charm of the hotel is great, especially the beautiful ballroom and cozy pool area. The air conditioning in our room was unreliable, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The nostalgia and historical charm are undeniable, with grand pianos in every corner and a lovely wrap-around veranda. My family enjoyed a spacious room on the 11th floor that offered an amazing view of Central Ave. The mineral bath was a delightful bonus. the property needs serious attention; the hallways were a patchwork of falling insulation, and multiple bathroom issues made it hard to overlook the dated facilities. There’s a treasure hidden here, but it desperately needs a polished touch.

Loved the spacious room with a fridge and the awesome location near Starbucks and downtown. The ballroom and lobby were pretty cool too. Just wish the place wasn't so rundown; the carpet was stained and the decor felt really outdated. parking was a bit annoying and pricey.

The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa offers a delightful glimpse into history with its original features and rich character. The location is ideal, just steps from Central Avenue.

The hotel exudes old-world elegance. The architecture is stunning, and the location is prime for exploring nearby attractions. the experience falters in execution. Initially placed in room 411, adjacent to the pool door, the noise and cold were unbearable. The bathroom was a disaster: dingy tub, burnt toilet seat, and peeling paint. After relocating to room 1027, comfort returned, yet issues remained. Parking was confusing and off-site. The pool area needs serious attention due to its slippery surfaces. The hotel's historical charm is undeniable, but cleanliness and maintenance must be prioritized. Slow upgrades are happening, but they need to accelerate. With improvement, this could be a top-tier destination.

From the moment I stepped out of the hotel, I was thrilled to find myself within just a few steps of incredible attractions like the Hot Springs Wax Museum and the charming Colonial Pancake & Waffle House, making it easy to stroll and soak in the local flavors and sights of the city; not to mention, the vibrant Hot Springs National Park was just a leisurely 15-minute walk away, giving me plenty of time to explore the beautiful trails and views at the Mountain Tower. The hotel itself had clean and roomy accommodations, and the mineral bath experience was a unique touch I absolutely loved. I could have done with some updated amenities like a better view from my room, but the convenience and charm of the area more than made up for it.

The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep, even with the window open and a loud fan. Plus, the bathroom was dirty, and I found old hairs on the sheets.

The bed in our room was surprisingly comfortable, making it suitable for a short stay. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. the bathroom was tiny with almost no counter space, which made it feel cramped. The shower had plenty of hot water, a nice touch, but it might not accommodate taller guests comfortably. Our room needed cleaning attention—dust and unpleasant odors detracted from the experience. Despite some quirks and facilities requiring upgrades, the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and activities, showcasing its potential for a delightful stay.

The staff greet you with smiles and the atmosphere has a charming vibe. You can enjoy a lovely pool and eat at the onsite restaurant while soaking in the history.
The carpet in my room looked like it survived a flood.

The friendly staff pampers you at the luxurious bathhouse spa, making you feel fabulous. Join the Black-Eyed Pea Reception's midnight festivity!
My wife says that the hotel lacked kid-friendly activities.

I loved being just a few steps away from the beautiful park and a super cute downtown area where I could enjoy delicious meals at places like Fat Jack's or Colonial Pancake House, and exploring landmarks like the Hot Springs Wax Museum and the Gangster Museum of America was a breeze with everything within walking distance; the hotel itself was charming and comfortable, but it is definitely showing its age and could benefit from a few updates.

The room we were initially in had no air conditioning, which was a bit tough, but they moved us to a different room. in the new room, the bathtub faucet wouldn't stop dripping, the closet door wouldn't shut properly, and the room had a musty smell. The paint on the ceiling and walls was peeling, which wasn't too pleasant. The rooms were clean, but the facilities definitely need some maintenance. There was visible wear and tear, with walls crumbling and our bathtub not draining properly. It felt like the historic status of the hotel might be limiting them in making necessary repairs. I wish I could show you a video because pictures don't quite capture the whole story. Our room had stained carpets, a cracked sink, and a faucet that was so loud, it kept me up at night. The view outside was a leaking roof with plywood covering holes, not the most appealing sight. Unfortunately, there was no microwave in the room, which was a bit of a downside. In terms of food, the seafood buffet was overpriced, and the oysters and salmon didn't taste fresh. The lack of a microwave was a bit unexpected, especially when even budget motels usually provide one. the hotel has a lot of potential with its historic charm, but it definitely needs some serious renovations and upgrades to match the expectations of modern travelers. My experience wasn't the greatest, and I'd probably look for alternatives next time I visit.

Great location with easy access to all the attractions and historic sites. The pool was awesome and my kids had a blast riding the slides!
It wasn't inexpensive, but it’s still worth every dime.

The hotel is full of charm and history, located centrally in a lively area perfect for exploring.
The outdated fixtures and cleanliness issues in the room were disappointing. The maintenance of facilities like the hot tub and elevators raised some safety concerns.

The live bands were lit and the Black-Eyed Pea Reception at midnight was epic! The staff rocked, making us feel like VIPs. Our room was cozy and spotless. Can't wait for another party weekend here!
Wish there were more late-night activities for party animals like us! .

i had a fantastic time at Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa. the staff, particularly front desk Sadee and the lady at the spa, were incredibly kind and helpful. the location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and hiking trails nearby. the hotel exudes historical charm and the spa, pool, and jacuzzi were a delight. despite some wear and tear in the room and pools, the overall experience was memorable and enjoyable.
Can't fault anything about it! 😊

Despite the room's small size, the convenient location and historic charm were a plus. Being close to central spots for work was handy, and the staff’s care and safety measures were appreciated. The spa tub was a highlight for relaxation after a long day.
The outdated room on the noisy second floor, near the ballroom, made rest difficult due to loud music. The promised view was obstructed, which was disappointing.

The Gala Dinner Dance was a blast with gourmet food and an epic dance floor. The Thermal Water Spa was a unique experience, soaking in hot spring water right in the hotel was fancy!
Who needs a/c when you can enjoy sweating inside the heater? .

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. We loved being able to explore the shops and attractions just steps away from the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The lobby area was a great place to relax and the entertainment provided a fun atmosphere. The comfortable bed in our room made for a restful night's sleep.
Limited accessibility for those with mobility issues.
